3. Display Screen Equipment Assessments (DSE)

This is another much misunderstood subject!

All employees who are classified as DSE Users (see below for definition) must undertake regular DSE Assessments.

These are designed to help users to sit comfortably at their workstation without endangering their health.

The DSE Assessment DSE users must complete an assessment on starting work and at least annually thereafter OR following a change in circumstances such as pregnancy, suffering an injury, acquiring a disability etc.
