1. Health Surveillance
If any of your workers are carrying out duties which could have an ongoing harmful effect on their health, the Competent Person must set up health surveillance to monitor the situation.
The COVID-19 pandemic introduced many of us to the need for health surveillance, with many workplaces providing lateral flow tests and PCR tests for workers and following the Government’s guidance on what actions to take following a positive result.
