Sometimes, and for some people, just the mention of the word “forms” induces panic (“Look at all these questions!”), followed by anger (“bureaucracy gone mad!”) and finally hopelessness (“oh, what’s the point?

I’m not even going to bother”) but actually – and honestly – once you’ve taken the time to read through the CDM section of this Guide, you will see that they’re not too bad really, and maybe even understand that the CDM Regs make sense.

Once you know how and where your construction project fits into the Regs, follow the advice in these pages and all (probably) will be well.
