The DSE Seating and Posture diagram shows you how to set up your workstation so that it suits you and the way you work. What Can go Wrong? If display screen equipment is not set up correctly, users are at greater risk of work related upper limb disorders.

You must inform your DSE users that they must go to their doctor immediately if they develop any pains in their wrists or hands, as this could indicate carpal tunnel syndrome or other repetitive strain injury, which can be successfully treated if dealt with quickly. Some users worry about being affected by toxicity or radiation from their display screen equipment, and this can cause anxiety.

There is absolutely no evidence at all to support these concerns...
