So now your risk assessment is written, what’s next? A completed risk assessment is a thing of beauty and must be shared!
It’s of no use to anyone if it sits in a file on a computer or gathers dust on a shelf.
The control measures must be implemented, and the Competent Person must be able to provide evidence that this has been done. Risk assessments must be shared with all those affected.
We recommend that the Competent Person obtains signatures confirming that all those who have read the risk assessment will adopt and implement the controls.
