1. Driver's Policy
If your organisation employees a lot of drivers e.g. sales representatives, or if driving is an activity central to its business, then it’s a very good idea to have a Driver Policy in place. In an ideal world, a Health and Safety Policy sets out all the arrangements that have been put in place to ensure the organisation complies with all relevant health and safety legislation.
It is not a good idea to have separate policies for everything (a Lone Worker Policy, a Manual Handling Policy, a First Aid Policy etc) when all topics can be covered in the one policy.
