7. Accident And Incident Reporting
If a driver is involved in an accident or incident, he or she must notify their employer at the earliest safe opportunity. The employer must write down the details of the conversation: people are often distressed in the aftermath of an accident, and what they say then can differ from what they say subsequently. Views and opinions collected at the time can be helpful later when trying to piece together what happened.
