3. Fire Safety
There is a separate section in this Guide devoted to “Fire and Emergency” where you will find all the information you require. However, it bears repetition to remind you to make sure you know who is responsible for fire safety in your premises so that you carry out any necessary duties. As referenced in other pages in this section, you cannot just assume that the landlord is responsible for maintaining fire prevention and fire protection measures.
